Picedit is not actually part of AGI Studio. It is a program written by Lance Ewing <be@ihug.co.nz> that allows you to edit picture resources. It is not included with AGI Studio, but if you have a copy and you place picedit.exe in the same directory as AGI Studio, you can run it from the 'Tools' menu or the toolbar.
